The string light cord requires 3 AA batteries and you can conveniently control the light options with the included remote control.
• STURDY AND DURABLE: To set up the kit, assemble the luminaria lanterns and space them 30" apart. Use the anchor stakes to secure the lanterns on the ground, then push 3 LED lights through the cut-out holes in the back of the lanterns. The anchor stakes keep the luminaria lanterns securely in place so you don't have to worry about them blowing over in the wind.
